SHIPPING WITHIN THE UK

All orders are sent via Royal Mail or similar courier service. The majority of orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Monday – Friday) when orders are received before 1pm.

Orders generally arrive within 2 days of dispatch but because of the current COVID situation some areas of the UK are experiencing postal delays. If your order is urgent we advise using the guaranteed next day delivery service.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason simply return them to us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that your items are returned within 30 days and that all items must be unused or unworn, have tags still attached where applicable and be in their original packaging.

H.E DIGITAL DESIGNS LIMITED cannot accept responsibility for any products returned to us without proof of purchase.

Incorrect or faulty products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the defect, or the wrong item you have received, as well as your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any problems with your order.

Contracts with no right to cancel

The supply of bespoke goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are personalised – for example, a sweatshirt which has the recipient’s name / provided images printed on it, or a mug that has the recipient’s name printed on it cannot be cancelled.

Receiving your refund

Upon receipt of your item/items, a refund will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card for the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges. We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your bank may take up to 5 working days to credit your account.

Please note your delivery shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

Unauthorised returns may be returned to the sender. Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of H.E DIGITAL DESIGNS LIMITED.
